Category-Based Competition Rules:

  • ✓ Characters must clearly belong to the chosen category. Judges' decision on categorization is final.
  • ✓ Group entries allowed (max 3 participants per group) – prize shared among group.

GENERAL RULES (Applicable to Both Days)

  • ✓ Nudity in the name of artistic freedom will not be acceptable.
  • ✓ The cosplayer needs to be a minimum of 18 years old or above at the time of registration.
  • ✓ Organizers will not be held responsible or liable for any loss of property; your belongings are your own to safekeep.
  • ✓ No ragging or bullying will be tolerated amongst the participants of the competition.
  • ✓ The decision on winners lies solely with the organizers.
  • ✓ Any interaction with media personnel at the event shall be the responsibility of the cosplayers themselves.
  • ✓ Only cosplay-safe props allowed. No real weapons, sharp objects, or pyrotechnics.
  • ✓ We will not accept any custom music from the participants. All participants will have to perform with the NCS music provided by us.
  • ✓ Day 1 participants can participate on day 2 with the same costume.

COSTUME JUDGING (TOTAL 100 POINTS)
50 PTS
PRECISION IN COSTUMES

Assesses how accurately the costume matches the original character's design, with flexibility for unknown or undefined parts.

15 PTS
ORIGINALITY

Judges the overall entertainment, storytelling, prop use, and faithfulness to the original work.

15 PTS
ACTING • STAGE PROFICIENCY

Rates the cosplayers' expressiveness, delivery, and stage confidence in performance.

10 PTS
COSTUME STAGE PRESENCE

Evaluates the visual impact and effectiveness of the costume during stage performance.

10 PTS
X FACTOR

Rewards creativity, innovation, and standout moments that surprise or emotionally move the audience.

IMPORTANT NOTE CARD

  • ★ Limited changing room and green room facilities available. First-come, first-served.
  • ★ By entering, you consent to photos/videos being used by organizers for promotional purposes.
  • ★ Any form of harassment or misconduct will lead to disqualification

EVENT TIMINGS

For all days:

  • 🕚 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM - Registration Period
  • 🕐 4:30 PM - Reporting time for Stage Performance
  • 🕔 5:00 to 7:00 PM - Performance on Stage followed by Judgement

All timings mentioned above are subject to change. Participants will be notified of any updates in advance. The organizers' decision is final.

PRIZE MONEY TRANSFER

Upon completion of the event, within 60 - 90 business days, the prize money will be transferred. Do note that any prize money awarded is subject to 31.2% TDS tax based on the IT Act.
